Such an amazing experience staying here. The staffs and the owner are very polite and caring. The room and the bathroom is maintained well with daily cleaning provided. The stay is around a km near to Anjuna beach. A lot of good cafes and restaurants near by. Wifi provided. I would really recommend this stay. The pool many mentioned in the reviews isnt within this property. You will get only the roof view to the pool. Jolven & Venita are both extremely helpful host. I had reached the place late at night, yet he was very helpful at that time. He was also very helpful in getting me not just scooty but everything else too. The room is spacious with clean linen and bathroom and timely cleaned and maintained. overall best experience. No better and reasonable place in Anjuna than the new orange house.

it's a good place like a homestay with very large rooms even for non ac and clean rooms with no smell , they will provide water induction stove and other things and bathrooms are clean and hotwater is available nice balcony with large space overal a comfortable stay with affordable prices

It was great exeprience with d orange house.Peaceful location.Good for families n couples.Owners are very co-operative.They provide all basic amenities.Washroom are clean.We got great hot water facility.I will recommend to my friends..Go for it.

house is located near to anjuna beach (2km). baga also within 5km . Rooms are spacious. House owner is very helpful, humble person. We got rented scooty at house location only. I would recomend this stay if you are planning for North Goa trip .

this best budget guest house you will find. I have been here 2wice. TV not sure it works or not we did not use it. Rest everything is in a 10-20Km raidus if you are visiting North Goa. Highly recommended and the owner is super helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Da Orange House. The room was very spacious and the owners were very friendly & helpful. Can highly recommend if you want to stay away from the nightlife slightly. Just a 10 minute ride to Anjuna Beach :)
