we stayed at hotel delhi airport plaza for two days, but our experience was disappointing. our room was not clean, and the washroom was in an equally dirty state. we ordered lunch from their menu, and although they mentioned a 40-minute wait time, the service felt extremely slow. additionally, when we requested a kettle for hot water, we found the bottom covered in tea powder. it seemed like they hadn't even washed it, reusing it without proper cleaning—completely unhygienic.

Infrastructure , location and amenities are very good, service and supply of food is very worst, there is no proper drain out bath water ,stock and create awkwardness. Drunken States of staff,.reception is good but they were not aware of .. booking details etc... They should well aware of present day of customers, they should be reminded for booking of rooms etc, kindly alert in respect to those things. waste of money and time as well. service quality is sooo poor, they dont have any chef in hotel, they just bring from outsode whatever meal we order. location of the hotel is like slam area. so i dont recommend this hotel to any of my friend. thanks

Cheated me of my money. There is no such hotel at Delhi. I was told by the contact number that they have not received any bookings on internet since long. Please refund my money immediately.
