When we booked, they showed AC, wifi, etc. However, when we reached the owner denied AC until we made an extra payment of Rs. 200 per room which we paid. His logic was that at this cost he can't provide AC or wifi. When I initially talked with him he was very rude and impolite but later realized and apologized.that he does not provide AC or wifi at this cost. Also that the confusion was between the guest house owner, but the loss had to be borne by us customers. Not enough covers ( Chadar) and even the polythene cover from mattresses were not removed which made it impossible for us to sleep at night.

I have faced a lot of problems in this hotel. Actually, this is a flat property. I have booked an AC room. But the hotelier told me that my booking in Non-Ac & he charged me Rs. 200/- extra for using AC. He said that as per his contract, no AC room is mentioned but in my booking, it is clearly visible that I have booked an AC Room.Also, no wifi provided. Overall it was a disappointed stay. Please look into this matter.
