Rooms: 9/10 Bedding material: 10/10 A/c effect: 9.5/10 Room ambience: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Bathroom ambience and cleanliness: 10/10 Storage spaces: 10/10 (Includes a safe) Mini fridge is there but doesn't chill too many bottles. Room lighting is great Good artwork and ambience. Room space is fine, not too big, not too small. Charging sockets are adequate. Daily supply of (2) 500ml bottle(s) of water. Room service is a bit laggy and sluggish. Staff's attitude : Satisfactory. Restaurant is a cafe/restaurant, they have a smoking zone. You cannot smoke inside the rooms. 10% off on beverages in The Wire Room. Overall experience: 9.5/10

The hotel is located inside the Phoenix market city in Chennai. It's the best shopping center in the city. The hotel is very well managed and spotless clean. The design of the rooms and galleries etc is mesmerizing. It's an experience in itself. Quiet and well managed property. The staff is very helpful and prompt.

it's different setup hotel, i like to stay whenever I reach chennai, the staffs are great in service, location is in Phoenix mall, one of the most lovable shopping mall in chennai , so very easy to shop and take rest and again shopping , as a family we spend a lovable stays here, my kid enjoyed a lot

overall it was a good stay. prime location and plenty of things to do around in the Phoenix City Mall including nice cinema theaters, restaurants and top brands selling their products. staff was cooperative. rooms were clean and tidy. Tried their Annam restaurant and had amazing food as well. 5/5.

Very good, clean and comfortable stay at the hotel. Reception and other staff were very courteous and cooperative, a special thanks to Rakesh. The only concern is the lift, which happens to be very slow. Rest, everything is perfect. I would definitely visit again.
