The location is great,very close to town but far away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The rooms are clean, and value for money. The staffs are really friendly and great. I travelled with my wife, and I wanted to go in the mountain train in which the tickets are really difficult to get. But these amazing guys went to the railway station early morning at 6,stayed in the queau for 2 hrs, and got ticket for both of us. Their warm hospitality is way beyond a 5 star accommodation.

Walkable distance from Ooty market. Good hotels are nearby. Located in a steep road. Little difficult to drive a car. Rooms are small, but accommodate 4 person. Clean and spacious bathroom. Car parking available for 6 cars. Restaurant is available only during season times. On other days tea and coffee are available. Good homely stay. Not too much of restrictions and the staffs are very friendly. Nothing to say negative.

good atmosphere, budget cottage stay, good & Friendly hospitality service, overall a nice stay,. check-in at 2 hours prior & booked for 3 single bedded room, but they gave me double bed room without extra charges..... would recommend to other for sure overall a good stay

Best room with budget segment. Nice ambience, very good cleanliness, perfect for family far from hotel chaos. near to bus stand, railway Station and all prominent places yet have isolation from chaos. Manager is of very helpful nature. Must stay.

Behavior of hotel staff friendly and cooperative. Hot water facility. Arrangement for hot up the drinking water. Although room is small but values for money it is enough. Family atmosphere. Overall nice experiencew with Eadenz cottage.

had a wonderful in the cottage ! and Mr Vijo coordinated well ! the cottage is neat and clean and the place is also good! hot water facility is available , finally a satisfied one ! I'll surely recommend this cottage to you all

it's worth for what you pay. They get you with what you want. Food, Beverages, Medicine, information, Cabs, bookings and what not. One liner - I would say Best in Cheapest.
