For check-in, took 1.5hr. They never given room at 2pm as agreed. We were forced to wait in the lobby area till 3:30pm. Dinner was over priced. As the path to resort (no tar road) was off road there was no other option. For kids and adults they charged same rate. Check out process also took one hours saying that the bill was not ready. In short, the administration was pathetic

Not a 5 star stay. Over expensive for what you get. Villa was not properly cleaned, the fan stopped working, lot of insects were coming from the broken window, wifi was rather stingy. We were told they have bicycles but when we asked them, they only had 1 and even that was not properly working and seemed very old. We wish we had taken a different property.

Not worth the money. Water leaking from room upstairs in misty cabin open shower area. Very minimal choice of menu in restaurant and pricy too. Commuting from room to reception itself is a task. Not sure how this resort got 5 stars rating.

The stay was comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. the food was good. the river side view with hills and mist as the backdrop was the highlight. well maintained resort with good amenities. worth every penny

The resort is not in Munnar . It’s 12KM down the hill from Munnar . Means climate is entirely different. Else, it’s really a good stay, neat & clean, good food , scenic beauty, courteous staff. Everything is good .
