Eucalyptus Resort

Room Room is neat and tidy. Bed is suitable for 3people easily. Ambience of the room is extremely good. No AC in the room. Only fan available. This makes room more sticky floor due to high moisture. Curtains were not cleaned properly. Bathroom: Wash basin and closet is very clean and hygienic. Always hot water - using instant gas geyser. No toilet tissue kept unless asked. Used tissue provided after the demand. Room service: Need more reminders for getting the things done. Hotel entrance: Very attractive Food: Found to be satisfactory. Dish Puttu was delicious and ultimate. Hygiene need to be maintained at dining hall. Location: Very remote. Reaching the place is difficult if you are learner on car driving. Most difficult in rainy season. Hospitality: Found satisfactory. Owner is very cooperative and reachable any time. Suggestions to hotel: Provide AC to avoid moisture content in the room. Owner need to keep more information on nearest tourist places and their current costs, timings of the places, where to book tickets, good restaurants etc., to guide customers. Room service to be improved. Plates for the dishes can be identified separately for veg and non-veg Planning sheet and demand sheet can be prepared for each room. Service and other facilities to be improved for the price we pay.

The eucalyptus resort lives up to its name. The resort is located amongst tall eucalyptus trees and surrounded by green munnar forest, away from city's hustle bustle. The location and hospitality provided here is their biggest USP. Just sitting in the balcony during evening time, one can hear the soothing sounds of the serene jungle and it feels so relaxing and refreshing. The resort maintains very good cleanliness and hygiene standards. Since the rooms are limited,the owners and management strives to provide a personal and homely touch to all the guests. They are really helpful and polite and take good care of the guests during their stay. The breakfast served has a mix of Kerala delicacy as well as other regular options. Even the food served for lunch and dinner has a good variety of options and is really delicious. Loved their local fish dishes and mouthwatering curries. Traveling with infant was a challenge but really like to thank the owners for taking very good care of us during our stay. Highly recommended resort in munnar for a great relaxing time.

After 3 years of gap we decided to go back to Munnar for another family retreat and had the opportunity to spend a peaceful nights at this wonderful place. It took us little over 2 hours to reach munnar from kochi airport, roads have improved a lot since we last came to munnar. The place is located in a Eucalyptus Plantation with tall and big trees everywhere. lots of trees and greens with in the property as well, kudos to the resort on the decision to keep the trees. All are individual cottages so, the privacy is great. Bathrooms are all modern plus a rain-shower we really enjoyed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very memorable. 1 night stay felt more like 1 weekend getaway. We will be back soon.

Best location out of all croudy area. Very calm location. The road is bit trickey but it is not an issue considering the location, service and hospitality. Rooms are big and clean. The surroundings are well maintained and packed with trees and beautiful flowers. Food is okay since they have there own kitchen and it is far from local availability. But they can improve on that. Finally talking about the host. He is very helpful and good human being. He also shared which places we can visit in munnar which were actually good places for nature lovers. Worth to stay here. Very happy with it.
