Hotel Eve

one of the most worst experience of staying in this so called hotel...I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. counter boys are very mannerless and unprofessional. though I have chosen super deluxe room, but it's very small in size... curtains were dirty horribly all bedsheets pillow stinking and smells badly... toilet room has no exhaust fan .. spreading bad smell in all room... toilet door latch was not working and was without handle...we have chosen flexible check in for 4pm to 6pm and got room by 4:30..as per terms and conditions we have to vacate room post 24 hours of check in....but men sitting on counter forced to leave us 6 hours...power got disconnected by 9 pm and there was no light till 10:00am in morning...all room service phone got disconnected., not phone charging, no hot water, no wifi, no room service, no water, all around blackout in hotel... though adjoining all hotels were having generators....I will not suggest any one to stay there even if you are offered to stay free of cost... moreover reaching entrance you have to go by more than 100 stairs....no one there to help you to carry ones luggage.... pathetic, filthy, unhygienic.....too many insects and mosquito 🦟 inside room asked for allout , though they provide it was useless as no light for whole night....all money gone waste...go .ibibo should not advertise such worst hotels to befool people

Worst hotel experience location of the hotel shown is wrong, which resulted in wasting more than one hour finding this hotel we were charged for three people but No extra bed or mattress provided by the hotel we had booked under flexibile chek in for 10 am but the room was not ready even till 12 pmMost unhygienic room given to us, dirty bed sheets, dirty curtains and towel TOTAL WASTE OF MONEYI DEMAND A REFUND Lift is only available for two top floors, but from road one has to climb 3 floor to reach hotel Facilities mentioned by hotel are a bunch of lie, there was no fridge, rice maker or induction stove in the roomThis hotel stay experience gave us so much stress and very very pathetic service No one should ever go to Hotel Eve in Shimla

Behaviour of staff was good and cooperative.Food cooked by Mr Prem, their Chef was very good. Hotel was clean. BUT the room No 302 allotted was unlike and much short of Super Delux standard as booked by me. The size of room was very small only 132 Sft inclusive of one cupboard while size given in portal was 225 SFT. Bathroom was also 55 Sft. inclusive of other cupboard. All sizes were actually measured by me by a scale details can be given if asked. For access to hotel one has to climb up about 50/60 steps ( not counted )

You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel's main reception. They don't pickup baggages from downstairs. It is very hectic and exhausting to carry luggage all the way up from the main road. Will not recommed the hotel to someone with family and/or someone with medical condition(s). The staff was polite and room service was good. However, the room was not ventilated and felt somewhat suffocating.
