We Really loved our stay at exotica villa.Amazing hospitality!.The caretaker Raghu appear to be always on hand.From the start of the stay to the end they made us feel so welcome and like family.They deserve all these good reviews because they are genuine and lovely people and work hard to ensure everyone enjoys their stay with them.The location is perfect with lovely view of the mountain and forest.Its tucked in the calm and very beautiful place away from everything and yet 10 min drive to the town.The rooms are well architecture and recently renewed to give you red carpet feel.we had everything we needed for our stay.Food is beautiful and home cooked.personal attention ,friendliness and a homely ambiance make it an ideal homestay.we only stayed for a few days but i wish we could have stayed longer.I usually like to return here one day.would recommend exotica villa to everyone who want budget friendly villa in lonavala.

Great 3BHK villa with a garden area, terrace, balcony and a swimming pool. For a weekend outing with family or friends this place is a great option. Food is good and tasty. Take your swimming gear with you, Pool steps missing. The staff is very supportive over here and it is at a remote place so the place is very calm and quiet. Great and relaxing stay. Always recommend !!

breakfast quantity should be improved.. as well as choices should be there.. care taker Directly informed that i am making omlet didn't even ask for what is required! apart from this service is really good
