One of the staff was extremely rude, misbehaved and didn't know how to conduct himself.The rest were okay. No dental kit was provided Had to follow up reception multiple times for a mere tea which was delivered more than 40 mins late and they were being adamant that we shall have to order food from them.

Bad experience First when we reached hotel ac was not working even after complaining several times finally at night they offered us different room where ac was working Theres a weird smell throughout the building But property is at prime location for marketing Stayed here just because of that reason

i went there they told there is no empty room, one room was available there but electricity ⚡️ is not there.. so they sent another hotel.. i am suffering problem because of so far in my place. bery bad experience

Rooms are good but hospitality is zero. No toiletry kit in bathroom. Even I asked for breakfast at 8.15 am but till 9 am, I didn't received it. I called them thrice, but they didn't served it.
