FabHotel Next Generation - Nr. City Centre 2

MOST WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE, I usually travel a lot to different places as i like to explore and mostly i prefer Agoda for hotel bookings. Firstly it started when i was checking in - they are suppose to keep the room ready right? But no we had to wait for an hour to check in and the funny thing was they asked if we have payed the whole amount, when i told yes then their real behaviour started. An old aged man (probably owner) came afterwards and he was too rude. We asked to allot us the balcony room and he completely denied saying clear words 'WHOEVER BOOKS US WE DONT PROVIDE THEM BALCONY ROOM IT IS FOR OUR SPECIAL GUESTS WHO COME FROM ABROAD' lol i think he tried to say who book us offline with extra money 😂. We waited for 1 hour just to get a balcony room otherwise the reception was ready to give us a room in ground floor. Not only this that man was blaming everything that they came and took pictures of our special rooms which we only allot to special guests to attract people book this hotel however it is just to ghost us if you come in reality the whole room will be different, just a normal room with 1 tv and 1 tube light thats it. i think they dont even clean these rooms and dont even bother about it. So Selfish and So Unprofessional. We are paying for everything then how come we deserve this treatment? I really wont recommend anyone to consider this hotel at all trust me. I too came here with a lot of hope of a peaceful stay. I stayed at hotels where they use to check on us (our comfort and food) almost every interval. This hotel doesn't even care for us also while giving any food order at reception they will first ask your room no and then they will say no either dish no available or cook not present at the moment (i think they were told about special rooms to treat them exceptionally otherwise why would they ask room no first if the dish is not available or cook not available then they would directly tell that right? I dont understand literally) OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD AND BY THE WORDS OF THE OWNER HE TOLD THEY TREAT EVERYBODY WHO COMES THROUGH BOOKING WILL GET THIS TREATMENT ONLY. I told them i always book after reading the reviews and so i far i read was good,

At first I was disappointed, the manager did not let me check in before 12 pm even though the room was empty, if I check in before 12 pm I have to pay 600 taka, we wanted to sit in the drawing room for 2-3 hours, he surprised me and said that I could not sit, will the other guests sit, if I did not see even one of them, how rude it would be, even though there was a sick patient, this is beyond my imagination, then he asked me how much I paid online, they will serve the food accordingly, I booked lunch for 2 people, but they told me that lunch for 1 person will be at this rate, when I showed the app, he could not say anything else, what the hell, they serve veg items even though there are non-veg items on the menu, if I did not bother, no one would come here, bad behavior, the owner is running the hotel with rude little people.At first, I was disappointed. However, we didn’t see a single guest later.How shameless must one be to say something like this even when there was a sick patient with us?Then, they even asked how much we paid online, saying they would serve food accordingly. I had booked lunch for two people, yet they insisted that the amount I paid was only for one person. Only after I showed them the app did they stop arguing.Just imagine the level of dishonesty! Even though the menu included non-veg options, they served us only veg items. Although I didn't make a fuss about it, I would strongly advise against staying here.Terrible behavior, rude staff—this hotel is run by uncivilized and dishonest people.

This is to inform you that the Fabhotel Next Generation changed the booking to a new hotel before checkin time stating that they have some electrical issues. This new hotel does not have inhouse restaurant. My family is terribly disappointed. Detail feedback will follow.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the behavior of the caretaker. Room & Bathroom was neat. Overall its a home away from your own home. The caretaker made my stay very easy,was extremely helpful. Thanks I look forward to stay here again
