FabHotel Riza International - Nr. Nesco Exhibition Centre

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The most frustrating issue was the complete mismanagement of the water supply. There was no running hot water at all, and even the cold water supply was inconsistent. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to fail at something as basic as providing water. Additionally, basic amenities like towels, soap, and toiletries were either missing or of very poor quality. I had to call housekeeping multiple times just to get a single towel, and even that took hours. No shampoo, no soap, no dental kit—nothing was available in the room. It's honestly shocking how they can call themselves a hotel with such poor preparation. The staff didn’t seem to care. When I raised these concerns, they either ignored me or made false promises that someone would come and fix the issue, which never happened. There was zero sense of responsibility or hospitality. Cleanliness was also below par—dusty furniture, stained bedsheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in days. Overall, the stay was stressful and uncomfortable. For the price they are charging, this place is a complete rip-off. I would not recommend it to anyone and will make sure to share this experience so others don’t have to go through the same. Please look for better, more professional alternatives.

My recent stay at Riza was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable
