The room was big enough and clean. The room we stayed named 'mahagony' was below ground floor and there will not be any view except the basement of a tower. So its a quite place. The staffs were nice and helpful.The heater for room were charged extra and only available at nights. Need to tell them prior and only they can operate it. This was not expected in a place like Ooty because thats like basic amenity.The frequency of availability of hot water is not informed. Probably they expect us to know somehow I guess.Some of the amenities like toilet paper, fan were not available.I would recommend booking here for one day or two and see if it is for you. If you have a vehicle, the place is located like in the center to access major places. Please confirm yourself before believing my words on the last sentence because may be i felt so because I had a vehicle to roam around.Overall it was alright.

A Wonderful Stay at FabHotel Sholas Residency II had a truly delightful stay at FabHotel Sholas Residency The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had a restful night’s sleep after exploring Ooty’s beautiful surroundings. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests, which added a personal touch to my stay.Overall, my experience at FabHotel Sholas Residency I was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ooty. It’s a great choice for both short and extended stays, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

This hotel has provided a very good gesture and a great stay with its top notch services As we stayed for 3 nights 4 days in the hotel it was a blink of a time passed away because of the wonderful amenities We were completely overwhelmed by the immeasurable love and care by the hotel staff as they treat you as a family instead of a guest Anyone looking for a stay in ooty could get through this and book the rooms without any second thought

the hotel room was underground when booked it was hill view but there was window which was open to next building so no view was there. we are gone with family and the person told me that veg kitchen and all utensil are used separate when asked them to show they harshly replied that you can go outside for veg food. also the person was harsh disobidient

Dirty rooms, pathetic service, rude staff, unhygienic food, dirty washrooms, dirty bad sheets. I think, these words are enough. They will not ask you for tea, water anything even if you book with breakfast. They serve food like they are serving for pigs.

Hotel was not at all good for stay.....food was not available.....hospitality zero.....rooms were not clean.....no arrangement for hot water......complimentary breakfast was below average......I would never suggest this place for vacations......

I have booked a premium room but the room which I stayed. it was just average. Only idly and semiya was available for morning breakfast they could have added Dosa too. Staffs were friendly.

one of the best experience of fab hotel sholas residence, and staff for well cooperative and good behaviour, tariff was very nominal ,I I'll diffinatly recommended fr this hotel .

Reserved a deluxe room, but the hotel charged extra for a heater and even a water bottle. The bed and mattress were stained, making it a terrible experience overall.

Very bad service. The receptionist is fully drunk. Rooms are full of flies and mosquitoes. No hot water facility. Pls don't book fab hotels.
