The restaurant encounter was marred by extreme bias, as the staff member, communicating in Hindi about delivering breakfast, faced unwarranted aggression from the restaurant lady. She not only forcefully expelled him but also directed her hostility towards me, attempting physical harm. She then pushed me towards the restaurant's 3rd floor lift, using incomprehensible native language, displaying ruthless behavior. I strongly discourage recommending this hotel due to language barriers, conflicting breakfast payment policies, and an overall unpleasant environment with dust and scattered garbage. The hotel manager, Kartikey, remained unresponsive, dismissing my concerns and attributing them to my raised voice. This terrible experience makes me regret ever choosing this place.

Actually I should file a police case on this Goibibo to refer this brothal house..because it's this is not atall a hotel , **1. No room is cleaned, not doors & windows have lock ..Bed sheets are full of dust and blood stains..(They given different room keys .but all rooms situation is same ) **2. No room service available..and no response from reception. ** 3 . In the premises..all illegal activities are going on.. ** 4 .Through out the night lot of sounds very bad languages ..illegal activity moments..Our complete family members couldn't sleep Through out night.. Dear team is going to take responsible for this..??

The worst experience my father has had in 70 years. The staff Illtreated a senior citizen. Threatened him. Insulted his brother and didn't let him even visit him (another senior citizen). AC not working. Bathroom stinking. Zero response to complaints. Extremely rude staff (especially Ms ). Staying in platform is better than staying in this hotel. hi I'm a hotelier but worst property and reception staff behaviour also not good room cleaning like a zero room amenities zero but room price too high Goibibo s something but the waste of cost and damage the ibibo name also
