Tough to find this hotel for the first time just because of no signboard. Location is good but property not Cleaned properly. Need to improve hotel quality. Problem in window and washroom door lock. Owners Behavior was not good actually. Wifi not working and TV is ok. geezer is ok, Electric blanket and carpeting was ok. just opposite(after one building) of Khebar Hospital. We stay total 3 days, but sorry to say, not found a single person in reception. Overall from my perception average Hotel with budget price.

This is not a hotel.. this seemed to be the second home away from home..Words are not sufficient to tell about this hotel.. all of the rooms are classy and cozy...one can enjoy eye catching view from rooftop as well as from room...Thanks to Mr. Abid bhai for making our memories unforgettable....Danish bhai you are the kindest people ever seen...I strongly recommend everyone out there to stay here... I bet you wont feel that you are in a hotel.. Its just your own home there..

It was a pleasure to stay at fabulous kashmir. It was staying like in a home. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food they make is good a fresh! Special thanks to Abid bhai for showing me and a friend around. And for all the other help. good hotel and nice location

A good budget Hotel. Room was spacious, neat & clean with hygienic washroom. Owner is helpful & polite. Hotel is in front of Khyber hospital and near to Dal gate (some 7-8 minutes walking) From here one can easily access taxi for various tourist places of city & outskirts.

The overall experience was amazing. neat and clean rooms. Specially owner Mr. Abid and his staff Danish and fayaz were very friendly. Houseboat arranged by them was excellent. It is one of the best hotels on affordable price in Srinagar.

nice place to stay for that price amount.friendly helpful owner but if you dream bigger than opt for other properties at that place because no catering available at that place.but the place overall is nice neat and clean .

The stay was good .. The place was litter inner in khayam chowk, but they have boards to direct.. It is ok for solo travelers and with friends.. The place is close to Dal gate.. overall it was a good stay

easily accessible from town.room was tiny but fit 3 people.. drawback was not having a wardrobe and room needed maintenance. host and family were friendly.
