I visited this place in November 2020.So I will give you a detailed review. Firstly, the owner is helpful and accomodating. But the room, I was given at first, was at ground floor corner. It had nothing working. The aquaguard, AC remote, tv remote etc. However, the caretaker Nilesh will help you always. once I told him the one issues, he immediately helped. He arranged everything I required. even a repellent!!!! wow🥰🥰🥰🥰. But I felt the room was shabby and claustrophobic, so he changed it to first floor. the pictures given here are of first floor room. This room is very airy and bright and has everything working. They provide you with induction, fridge, tv, basic utensils. rooms are good but only in first floor. Thank you immensely to the owner and Nilesh. Guys go ahead and book it but call them beforehand if you are obsessed with an open balcony like me.

I had a positively delightful stay at ivy Retreat in Goa, conveniently located near Baga Beach. The property is kept incredibly clean, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. What caught my attention particularly were the basic cooking vessels provided, which were of great quality and enabled a good self-cooking experience. The support from the staff was commendable, always ready to help with a friendly demeanor. It is certainly a great place to feel at home, even on holiday. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.

The hotel is at a prime spot which makes it easy to reach the known beaches like Baga beach and Calangute beach. The rooms were decently hygienic and well maintained with all the basic facilities. The mini kitchen was very handy as we could cook out own food in the apartment. A little more co operation from the house keeping and staff is required. The in room food delivery from the nearby restaurant was a life saviour as we could anytime order the food be it during the daytime or midnight.

one of the worst Hotel in Goa, Don't book it by just looking it's images. no service, dirty rooms. no housekeeping support. the person was not behaving good with guests. such dirty room but not given mineral water and tea coffee sachets also. very very worst Hotel. no parking. hotel is in Guly and even hotel don't have any board on Main road, we need to call the Mr. Nilesh and he is not properly guiding. if you are booking it then note above things you will definitely experience.

The property was really nice with affordable price.. 700m walkable distance to beach side. Well spent time in Goa and enjoyed all the amenities (Wifi, TV, Pool and AC). Caretaker Nilesh provided good hospitality and was available round the clock to help. Thanks to Anu Kohli, Nilesh , Pasan Singh and service workers for making our Goa trip a memorable one. Kudos!☺️

I had a nice experience in this property.Like to mention that the staff Mr. Nilesh was very helpful as when we checked in our room was not set up completely and there was no blanket & other amenities. So Mr. Nilesh really helped us in providing all the stuffs. Pool was really clean & awesome and location was nice the beach was 300 mt away from the property.

The hotel is good however you might find it in a bit dull appearance probably due to low maintenance. rooms are small but sufficient to stay. Position of commode in wash room is right in the front of the door thus creating issues to go inside the wash room.Balcony is useful and the rooms are electrically well maintained.

if you preparing food from your own staying with family then it is good. No tea -cofee, breakfast,lunch dinner , toiletries kit,dental kit ,shaving kit . No any services. only for staying purpose we can plan. balance all we have to manage our own. Not suitable for buisness class.

the place is nice, but building quite old. inside rooms are good. bedsheets not clean. no restaurant in hotel, one can order from outside with help at hotel reception. menu was outdated. So mainly good experience, but few things can be improved.

Wonderful Stay as everything was there and cooperative staff specially Thanks to Mr. Davendra in the absence of Mr. Nilesh he takes care ultimately, beaches are also approachable within 2 km from the property, very clean & care facilities.

The property was ill maintained with no inbuilt parking facility. Blankets and bedsheets were filled with mold and was denied the facility when told to change the same. Also staff was not cooperative. Overpriced and not recommended.

Stay was cool.. little challenge we faced with electric Induction cooker as this was not working properly.. Staff was good., property has 2 face of electric connection where one face given many time power cuts and fluctuations.
