Glenvista Estate

This is a wonderfully located hotel with great views of the Koyna waters in the far South West. The hotel is being developed currently and adding more rooms. Most of the guests chose this property because of the pool, which is small, but well maintained. The rooms are well maintained and large. Normally one may not require an AC in the night. Each of the floors has a sit-out with sufficient tables & chairs. Though the service is a tad slow, but the staff is extremely well mannered and helpful.

It is located at perfect location, it is new property and other portion of it is under construction as of now. I opted for room with view but receptionist was unaware and careless enough to give me normal basic room with no view. we found property unclean, pool was also unclean. The ambience and location is perfect, it is just that they need to learn to keep property clean. Bathroom size was okay and it was clean. But outdoor common garden area needs more maintainence and cleaning!

The location is excellent, and the property is good. Service and food quality needs to improve. Had to wait 1.5 hours and 45 mins for water to be delivered to the room, two nights consecutively. Towels were provided quite late in the evening. Ideally, it should have been provided at the time of checkin. Complementary water bottles were just 2 500ml bottles, which is too less. At least 2 litres should be provided.

location of the hotel is very good, nice valley view at the back side of it where the pool and garden is located. staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are good although they can improve on it more. food is also nice but with little options, they can add few more items to provide the varierty.so, overall it was a nice experience all together.
