What I liked about them is their check in process. First, they allowed early check in at no additional cost. Second, the check-in process was fast. The staff including the owner are not pro. Food they get from their kitchen to Room is not covered, the staff is not well dressed. Bedsheets are not clean and Taps, Faucets are falling apart. I had to help myself with the plates and cutleries in the kitchen as there was no one. I paid for the Breakfast but it was a-la-carte and they refused to give Paneer Sandwich saying it's not included. I'd suggest people to explore Ramada or couple more properties before booking this. They do not have an iron board. I'm sure they can improvise and do a alot better.

Cleanliness is an issue in this hotel. Bed sheet and pillow covers aren't clean. Everything is falling apart e.g. taps, shower, leaky toilets, broken plugs , inconsistent WiFi connection etc. Only thing which is good here is food. I stayed with my family they loved traditional Indian food.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Front desk staff are helpful and chek-in was fast. Food is reasonably priced and taste good. Room service staff are polite and provide prompt service. Room was neat and clean. Location is also great as it is on main GMS road. Overall A1 experience.

After long stay of 15-15 days twice, and recommding others to the hotel for stay, no cooperation was observed from the hotel staff. In few rooms mattresses were not vacuum cleaned and lots of dust and moisture in mattresses caused nasal allergy and cough to me and my son.

This hotel is for weddings & parties not for individuals or Executives. Hotel makes booking with breakfast but nothing like this happens and order of tea is refused even at 8 o clock in the morning. I can strongly recommend to individuals not to stay at this hotel

this was the most horrible hotel i have stayed. nonhot water , that too in this cold winter, not even one day cleaning from the house keeping in the three days i stayed. food spread was hopeless. will never recommend

they always try to charge for everything. hav u ever hear that u hav a stay for 3 nights and the hotel says u that we can give u only 1 bottle of Bisleri bottle and u get water after an argument.
