Happy O moonlight

1st of all this is not a hotel. This is an apartment located on the 2nd floor of the building. When i entered the building the one who was cleaning the entrance showed me the way and also he was the one who talk to me about my booking. He was not an educated person so he was having difficulty to understand that i booked through online.He was not sure which room to give. He called the owner multiple time who was absent the whole time during my entire stay. I saw no other staff beside that man. He was not sure about the wifi password, after repeated enquiry he gave me one password which was wrong. Thw room was very bad. Many other things were dumped in the closet. Bathroom was also not cleaned. Ac was very old and noisy. We did not receive and complimentary breakfast which was included. In one word it was not a pleasant stay. So please book other hotel located near this if available. One plus point of this property is the location. 5min walking distance from city center mall and metro. 1. Service 2. Room 3. Cleanliness 4. Wifi 5. Need serious renovation. 6. No complimentary breakfast 7. Check in(Had to wait 15min)

very good hotel to stay with family.. staff and location of this hotel are good.. and the facilities provided by the hotel also good

Hotel is bit congested but staff behaviour was very polite n nice.
