HOTEL HERITAGE HIGH

This is a small home stay kind of arrangement. The room was very clean and neatly maintained. But, as they have started recently they need some improvements overall. The greatest difficulty is to find the correct location. I was on a road trip in my bike and after a 400kms of ride I had to search for an hour in the city for finding this place. Can improve a little bit in case of food. I experienced a lack of privacy there. Because, there were some foreigners in my adjacent enjoying their holiday and were making so much noise at night. There is a ventilation between two adjacent washroom which was making me feel uncomfortable. I suggest the management to remove that and make a ventilation facing outwards instead. However this place is really good for solo travellers who are looking for budgeted rooms in Udaipur. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Hope you will make good improvements on my next visit.

i was looking for a quiet property near lake pichola with city palace view, and parking facility. this one is near lake pichola but does not have city palace view from its room. one can view city palace top from its terrace. They do not have parking space or elevators, i had to park my car 4 kms away and for that hotel has not taken any responsibility . the location of this place is quite interior but the owner plays pretty loud music till late night and the place is under development, run by a family. rooms are congested, however bathroom was clean and provided hot waters properly. It could rather be called as homestay than a hotel. and for that being said I would say it's over priced for the service level.

Hotel heritage high is located at a very prime location (u can see lake pichola and the city palace right from u r room windows) in udaipur its jst 10 metres distance from leela palace hotel but due to the narrow lanes, dense construction and lack of proper sign boards its a hassle to find the exact location of the hotel , the food quality is good but the time taken to serve is way too high , it has a roof top arrangement if u want to have u r meal on the roof with the beautiful lake view. Overall its good value for money hotel.

we didn't check in and still we didn't get our refundable money n hotel owner also didn't co-operated with us didn't communicate properly. we communicated with hotel owner one week ago n he told us everything provided by him n parking facilities also available there n when we reached there on booking date, parking not availabled n he told us our cars parking outside hotels on roads n it's risky for us because our cars is valuable for us.. plz give me some refundable at any cost.. or give me some rewards ..
