Hotel Heritage

Great location, just adjacent to the bus and taxi stand and surrounded by eateries, street food, shops etc. A small ride away from the Hing Kong mkt. Most convenient if one has to catch a bus or cab for Darjeeling, Gangtok, Kalimpong etc from Siliguri after an overnight stay.Check in experience very poor as despite knowing very well that we have booked an executive room, a proper room was not kept ready. We were offered a room on 4th floor which was smelling badly from some dead animal. They offered a 2nd floor room which was given on hourly basis to some other guests and was made available only at 7pm. From 12:30 to 7pm we checked in a standard room and whiled our time till we got into our proper room.Room was quite good, spacious, neat. Washroom was big, spacious and even had a bathtub. The road facing windows were however blocked without any view, which was not a good experience.Renovation work was in progress all around and the overall upkeepment of the floors were not upto the mark.Staff was OK and one lady who was showing us around was quite helpful.Breakfast was OK. We had booked for one night so that we could rest and start for Darjeeling the next day morning.Overall OK. We had a good rest and good sleep before our journey. The casual approach during check in and poor preparation was not expected and not acceptable.

hotel rooms were excellent, staff were also good but not satisfied with restaurant n food quality particular on heigine of restaurant is pathetic. will love to stay in future but have to improve restaurant facilities.

really enjoyed hotel,travel and other services were super and everything was so well managed looking forward to go on my trips with Goibibo nothing all was in place & time really enjoyed

Though when I have booked hotel there was breakfast included but after booking I found that breakfast is not included.
