Though i'm not a hard core reviewer but i this place deserves the review. It has all the positives which you look for in a camping place like mountain view, lots of trekking, camp food, tents/ mud house, toiletry facilities etc. and most of all is the humbleness of the staff. Though the place is in the high altitude and you have to trek 3.5 km to reach the camp, still cost is quite reasonable considering the fact their is no direct mode of transport. They have plenty of activities for all types of adventure lovers, be it burma bridge, commando net, zip line, rappelling etc from beginner to extreme level. My two day stay was awesome,all the staff(JUNAID,PRASHANT,JAMES ETC.) was very friendly and i did a lot of trekking in the jungle. Bonfire was very soothing in which they told me lots of wild stories, and Junaid the guitarist was awesome with his guitar skills and voice. Every place has some cons, in this case it would be the "toiletry facilities" which is quite ignorable considering the fact it is camping place not a hotel. All in all it was worth it and i'll definitely recommend this place for nature lover, and for those who want a piece of mind from nainital like crowded place.

This place is managed by good professionals. Location is quite good, Its 3.5 km trek from Nanital govt polytechnic in a village named Gerikhet. Trek is full of natural beauty. There is a scenic ground near camp (yes ground on top of hill) . This place is ideal for people who like nature, trekking. Tents have thick mattress and heavy quilts to keep warm in cold. Now coming to area of improvements, I wish toilets could be better maintained and equip with hot water facility, probably solar water heater. There could be more sign boards (or marks on stones) on trek to guide the people towards facility.

Awsome, just try it once u will have a amazing experince and aslo ask santosh (owner) to take u water fall ,u will enjoy that. Over all it was amazing tour one thing is imp couples please if u have stamina and u can track 3.5 km as well as 3.5 km for waterfall then only go fr this place bcz connectivity as well as no hospital is there fr any kind of emergency u have to go down nanital fr 2hr so plz be fit before this trekking otherwise u will enjoy this place...

NOTE: This is a TREKKING CAMP SITE, not a general holiday resort!!! So set your expectations realistically and you will have lots of FUN and good times: for the price they charge, they offer EXCELLENT value for your money. Very good, caring owners and staff and the site itself has a Himalayan charm of it's own. πππβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈπΉπΉπΉ

I booked it but they transferred me to valley unwind resort which is about 40 k.m. from nainital. Anyway the new place was nice. staff was good and professional too. food was tasty. rooms were neat and clean. the best part is that this resort is situated in middle of mountains so you can relax here in mountain valley.

track is around 4km.Route has steep slopes, so be prepared, especially if you have a toddler with you.Avoid during monsoons.Overall it's worth taking all the pain to reach this picturesque camp location.Nice hospitality.It would be awesome if they arrange some snacks along with evening tea.

We stayed at another property owned by the same folks as it was raining and unsafe to trek to this one. Place is awesome. It is located about 1.5 hours from Nainital . it is quiet and has beautiful rooms.
