My genuine review on stay at hill rows resort for 3 nights (2 rooms)Bad water, unpleasant odour in the room , un-cleaned rooms, complimentary breakfast is name sake and taste less and the overall experience is poor . Adding photos for reference.1.) The water colour and taste is very bad . 2.) The exhaust fan was not working.3.) Toilets were not clean.4.) I have botted the tap water to show the colour of the water .5.) Walls of the rooms are wet and entire room stinks badly.6.)Curtains are not clean.7.) The night lamp doesn't work and is fully covered with fungus.The place where the hotel is located was good and nothing else was.Requesting hotel management to look into these issues and make customers stay memorable and happy.

Nicely welcomed by the property manager, Sakir. The rooms are neat and clean. The property is in a big coffee estate with no other property around and it does have a beautiful private water stream. Property is quite closer to Old Vythiri. The snacks served in the evening were delicious.

This is a nice resort in the middle of a beautiful coffee plantation. Calm and serene. Loved their stream and waterfall inside the plantation. Breakfast was also decent enough for the price paid.

A peaceful atmosphere in the center of a tea estate and good accommodation with nice swimming pool and play areas, really enjoyed with family
