Overall experience from check-in to check-out was flawless. I had booking on 2nd june. Stay was amazing. Mr Praveen verma (owner) is very humble person. He assists 1st time visitors as family members.. and told me planning and exploring shimla for the next day. (a pic clicked with him is attached) I called him upon reaching and he gave me advice to reach the address and sent a boy to carry my luggage to hotel room. we had kids with us.. and they gave us family suite which had two rooms inside one room, to cherish some private memorable moments. The hotel is located nearest to every famous attraction like mall road, ridge, christ church, railway station too. some people gave negative reviews because we need to climb about 50 stairs to reach the hotel, but you can't complaint as shimla has hilly terrain. and to get amazing valley view this is worthy. I was very happy also this is a verified go-stay and budget friendly as well.

The stay was smooth and perfect. the place is at hotspot so everything was nearby form the hotel railway station, fooding, Mall road, market etc. The hotel also provide taxi facilities for different tourist place which include charges. The hotel room was beautiful wooden work all around, there was a round bed ( best for honeymoon) there was a mirror on the ceiling which made the room more romantic. For hot water the room had personal gyser also so there wasn't a problem.

Achha hotel he, Shimla Railway station ke ek dam nazdik he, per Main road se 25-30 sidiya uter ker niche hotel per jana hota he, ye thora dikkat bra hota he bujurg logo ko thora dikkat aa sakti he, saaf safai achhi he, or hotels se sasta he, pedal bhi aa ja sakte he, mall road sata hua he, overall sab thick he per sidiyo ki hi dikkat he bas. Hotel staff bhi accha he.

Good points: 1: All staffs are more friendly. 2: All staffs are more polite. 3: All staffs are more helpful. 4: Excellent & skilled taxi driver Rajan ji. 5: More supportive and helpful person Praveen ji. Bad points: 1: Not provided towels. 2: Not provided hand wash soap/shampoo. 3. No sleepers provided in washroom. -> Above mentioned three points can be improve.

The best stay we have experienced here and this is the second time for us in this stay. Hotel is great. The rooms are big, clean and awesome. And the view you get from the room window is amazing. Only negative is that you have to climb a lot of stairs. But that's no problem, call the hotel they will help you with your luggage. but after climbing you will definitely get really good view.
