location- great, on police bazaar. cleanliness- good. facilities- nil. u ought to have minimum cutlery items like plates, fork and spoon if u are charging ..k for a single night's stay. they donot house a kitchen. u have to bring food from outside and the deluxe rooms also donot have a proper table where u can have your food. on being asked they will provide u with plates in which u would otherwise dread to eat. the only option where u can eat is the bed itself & by mistake if u drop anything on the linen then be prepared to pay for the whole linen.

Room as well as bathroom are excellent and neat & clean but room size is very small compare to higher tarif. There is no space even to place writing chair & table. Stay only for one day. Availed complemtary breakfast in room which is unexpected. Thanks for the same. Essential toiletries like dental /shavings kit are preferred especially for business travelers

Amazing hospitality, staffs are exceptionally couteous. Rooms are tidy n clean, washroom is luxurious. They even arranged for a hard mattress separately when my wife developed severe neck pain after long journeys n sleeping on soft mattreses. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. The hospitality of the staffs, tidyness , good service.

Good Hotel with Great Service,prime location n Hotel Manager Mr. Sameer Singh is very helpful. All staffs are polite and well behaved go and stay. This is a newly constructed property so there is no canteen facility but near by hotel area lots of restourants are available.

It was a wonderful stay. They staffs are very helpful and very courteous. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Here I would like to mention that they even arranged for a hard bed when my wife developed severe neck pain on soft beds. Very highly recommended.

Hotel is located at police bazar. Room is clean and tidy. Not 24 hours running hot water. They scheduled the time for hot water. No dining facility. You take food from outside hotel. Staffs are helpful. Good

Room was extremely small and not worth the price. Lighting was very dim. No restaurant in the premises is a big demerit. The reception insisted on taking the key when we were heading out to roam.

Room was full of cockroaches. Hot water system was not working. No action taken even after complaining. Had to manage with cold water.
