“Excellent Stay at Insta 18!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Insta 18, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the staff was outstanding, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-appointed amenities. The addition of a balcony in some rooms was a delightful bonus, offering a refreshing space to relax and enjoy the view. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, with every request promptly attended to and every interaction conducted with warmth and professionalism. Despite the current circumstances, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Hotel Insta 18 (AC Four Bed) Amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were cooperative. Lighting fast service. I stayed with my mum and brother for 2 days(not consecutive) Day 1 before Sikkim tourism (Hotel staff helped us by calling electric tempo as we had to catch the bus from SNT(Sikkim Nationalised Tourism) bus stand. It's the green bus which you see in vlogs if you are wondering. It's hardly a kilometer from the Hotel. Day 2 after Sikkim tourism. We stayed as we had to catch the next day flight from Bagdogra airport. We booked Ola cabs. No inconvenience faced as the hotel is near the main road. I looked for many hotels around online but this one stands out in terms of budget and the ease of travel to the SNT bus stand. The hotel allows you to order food online from Zomato or Swiggy. The hotel food was also amazing. Do try their Puri Bhaji for breakfast. It's delicious.

this is a new property. the room and bathroom were neat and clean. room was spacious too. toiletries, electric kettle with tea, coffee pouches, biscuits were provided complimentary. service personnel were polite and helpful. hotel has a parking space too. the only tricky part is its location, which is in an interior lane. the hotel is around 500 meters from siliguri railway station. the rates are also reasonable. i can't comment on the food as we just stayed for a night without opting for any food. overall i would give 5 stars. thanks to goibibo for listing this property and providing it at a reasonable rate.
