The Most pathetic service ever i had! 1. When i checked in, the staff refused to accept my booking stating that there is no booking in my name, they do not accept any online bookings and if it was booked it might be in Bangalore. In spite of me showing the booking details, he was not ready to accept. Then i had contacted someone from the booking team and they had to explain the hotel. Finally, i got a room with 2 beds against my booking of 3 beds. 2. After complaining to the owner of the property, they arranged a 4 bedroom. In meantime, i had to wait for almost 3 to 4 hrs to get that room. No towels and soap were provided. i had to walk to the reception multiple times to get the towel. Finally, they handed over a wet towel. Can someone imagine, issuing wet towel!! 3. New room was spacious. Thanks for the upgrade. Here we start a new set of complaints - No A/C remote was provided, leakage in the washbasin in the bathroom, leakage from A/C duct and again towel story continued. 4. Wifi password was provided incorrectly 5 times. Had to wait until who really knew about the wifi password. 5. The best part - our details were not captured in the register neither asked for any documents like Aadhar for verification. I thought it was still mandatory even if we book online. 6. Overall staff were not at all welcoming and not politness while talking to customers. As if they are doing some favor. If the name of the staff is required, do contact me. 7. I would like to claim compensation/refund for the overall pathetic service. The amount that i paid was not at all worth it! I would never recommend RR international and if my above request is not taken care of, I would never recommend. i hope someone is reading this message.

I recently travelled to Mysore with my wife and we chose to stay at Mysore complex .hotel is well known and location is very much near to Palace and Zoo..which makes it a perfect for visitors...food we ordered was just above average but we chose to have dinner outside later that day...bit yes restaurant division is seperate from hotel management so as far as accommodation was concerned I have no complaints.. Staff are friendly and helpful..there was some hot water issue but it was fixed soon.overall a great stay.

Location is heart of Mysore city. Hotel staff clearly knows tourist expectation .Very homely & ample car parking. Real Value for money.

Overall a good stay! Only shortage was of drinking water, they just provide 1 bottle per day per room.
