we reached the villa by taxi, only to find out that we need to pay extra security deposit of 2000/-. having checked in, we find that the property is poorly maintained with no importance to housekeeping. the curtains, upholstery and bedsheets were evident of not being washed since a long time. many light bulbs are either defunct or missing. the furniture also was half repaired and old state.. though the ambience was that of an independent house.. the maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping were not at all satisfactory. the overall gist of the experience is that better prefer a hotel instead of experimenting the when traveling with family.

a decent place to stay in this budget, the care taker is very helpful and friendly. Location is near to highway as well as lonavala lake , bushi dam, lions point. the property is adjacent to a large garden. there is a bathtub also in the bathroom and provision to stay of upto 8 persons as per my observation.

The overall condition of the villa was not up to the expectations and what is shown in the pictures. Not worth the pay! Not recommending! The caretakers are humble and helpful though but the condition of the villa disappointed us!

Hotel is not proper clean and not provided necessary products like shoap , shampoo , hand wash and not clean bedsheet properly it was dirty and dusty , Caretaker behaviour was good but not satisfied with the property ..

Nice experience for a budget friendly stay. Staff is very supportive. You can make meal based on your requirement if you have all ingredients.
