WE RESPECT YOUR SENTIMENTS & WE PARDON FOR THE INCONVIENCE CAUSED TO YOU BUT IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU CAN PUT WRONG INFORMATION REGARDING HOTEL CHECK IN TIME & MISGUIDE OTHER PEOPLE. FIRST YOU WROTE, “they charged me rs 1000 for early check in even though i checkin after 12 noon”. YOU CHECKED IN HOTEL AT 05:45 AM ON 14/10/2017 FOR WHICH EARLY CHECK IN IS APPLICAPLE & GUY AT RECEPTION CHARGED Rs.500X2 = 1000/- FOR THAT(FOR 02 ROOMS). THIS TOTALLY SHOWS THAT YOU ARE PUTTING THIS WRONG INFORMATION TO MISGUIDE OTHERS AS YOU SAID THAT YOU CHECKED IN AT HOTEL AT AFTER 12:00 PM. SECONDLY, YOU SAID THAT “i checked out at 12 noon”. AGAIN YOU ARE PUTTING WRONG INFORMATION TO MISGUIDE OTHERS. AFTER ARGUING AT RECEPTION, YOU CHECKED OUT FROM HOTEL AT 02:50 PM DATED 15/10/2017 & WE HAVE NOT CHARGED EVEN A SINGLE BUCK FOR THAT AS YOU HAD ALREADY BOOKED A ROOM FOR LATE CHECK OUT UNDER BOOKING ID **. THIRDLY, YOU SAID, “My room AC was not working, When i asked to change the room they strightforward denied”. IN THIS CASE, YOU ARE AGAIN TRIED TO PUT WRONG INFORMATION AS YOU WERE SHIFTED FROM #115 TO #116. REGARDING BREAKFAST ISSUES, WE HAVE A VARIETY OF OPTION FOR BREAKFAST & AGAIN YOU TRIED TO PUT FORWARD WRONG INFORMATION. AND AT LAST, YOU SAID ABOUT THE LUGGAGE SAFETY, IT WAS NEVER A SUCH CASE AS YOU MENTIONED IN YOUR REVIEW. ONCE AGAIN, YOU TRIED TO PUT FORWARD THE DOUBT FACTOR ON HOTEL STAFF. WE ACCEPT ALL OTHER ISSUED THAT YOU HAD FACED BUT WE DON’T KNOW FOR WHAT INTENTION, YOU POSTED SUCH BASELESS & WRONG INFORMATION IN REVIEW. THANKS A LOT SIR & WE WELOCME YOU BACK.
