I am giving 5 star just for The Awesome location Mesmerizing View's and Friendly staff. I arrived late at hotel at 10:30 pm but staff called me twice asking about dinner as the kitchen closes by 9:30 pm Reaching the hotel is little tough due to steep climb with Bad roads first I regretted the decision as I was driving at night. but room was really great stone wall a different ambience with a Castle look But woke up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and my balcony view swept my heart away. Free breakfast was good full veg options only. This hotel is away from lake its takes u 10 to 15 mins to reach lake but its aways from all the crowd and u feel awesome silence Food is slightly pricey but taste wise its good rest see the photos. i would definitely comeback with family turnoff: Parking near room but climing car from reception to Room not for weak hearted take Hotel help if needed. Restaurant start at 7:00 am only early morning coffee needs to wait The water drops from sloped roof on the enterance have it diverted using a catching pipe important: Sunrise is not visible from balcony hence come outside climb to top floor u will see best view be there at 5:45 am Friendly staff. Big Balcony Good Food

Had a pleasant stay at jem valley.. balcony view is awesome.. All our stress will fly off in front of the balcony view . jem valley has been built like a castle which is very appealing... Rooms are very decent and clean.. room service is Soo gud.. really thanks for the wonderful memories..

one of the best experience i ever had in my life in Jem valley. Very good place, nice staff and resort manager was very kind. To travel around kodaikanal they arranged me a car and tat was awesome experience. over all Hotel Jem Valley was very awesome and i suggest everyone to stay der.

super hotel. very good balcony view even in first floor but the hotel restaurant price are too high. no hotels or shop are not available around this hote since it located in top of the hill.
