worst experience.. not expected.. had booked 4 days stay.. had changed 3 rooms on the day of check in.. ac was not working in room.. gyeser was not working in another.. mirror was hanging in another.. and all rooms were dirty and dusty.. even final room which we were staying water was clogging in washroom.. tap was broken..slimy bucket... loud noisy bed.. mosquito.. no dustbin..no proper door lock...lift is broken.. nd another major problem was safety... everyone is suspicious.. attendents are arrogant... i and my friend both female had stayed their... its not safe for female... m very disheartened.. ths is my second experience ..so i don't suggest this hotel ... we couldn't report before coz it was prepaid booking and as we both were female we were scared that hw hotel management will behave with us coz we observed that they were arrogant... not even basic eminaties were given to us... no 1 has to suffer like we did.. even room was not cleaned during our stay... with this i believe is irresponsible

We booked deluxe room and were expecting better room than normal one but got normal one with very less space for 3 people . Although staff was supporting but cusions and other resources they were providing was pathetic . I will say dont book this hotel unless u need room very badly .

1. Hotel location was difficult to find, no name board have been placed outside. 2. Room ambience and the cleanliness was so pathetic. 3. Room attached toilet was in unusable condition. We had to check out from the hotel much before we planned.

Pics of the room in the app and the real room was not same ..both were totally different. And the amenities was poor.
