We booked 5 rooms for 10 adults calculating 2 adults per room but we got only four rooms where 2 rooms adults and 2 rooms x2adults ..in this case, property should provide facility for 3 members for 2 rooms right ? we are totally 9 adults stayed there where 3 rooms x 2adults and 3 adults in one room .. for this they charged 600 bucks from us actually it's property's responsibility to provide the cot or bed rather how come they charge a extra amount from us didn't mention this anywhere while booking... i am really disappointed... pros:rooms was clean and good ..had pleasant stay

No respect to the guest from management side. There is only 2 persons for maintenance. They donot know English or Tamil. Always shortage for bedsheets, towel blankets
