we had great time at the hotel, beautiful property, location was also good as it is in center, so easy to go nearby location like nainital lake, mukteshwar, bheemtal etc. services are also good, superb staff friendly, Mr. Bharat khatri and Mr. Chandra Kumar were helpful. Food is also good, varieties and taste 👍 services and food and parking facilities everything was great there, kids also love this place as there were rides and animals dummy theme of jungle they have used is eye catching. so for a family its great hotel to stay.

Dirty rooms, dirty linen, dirty cupboard everything uncleaned. Not at all a kid friendly hotel, no one is available after 9:45pm even if you need anything. Very limited varsity of cuisines available with very high cost. Rude room attendant.

wash rooms have very bad smell.matres provided on flooring after paying that amount.tried to cancel the room but hotelier denied saying we are third party worst experience.
