Wow!!! thank you goibibo for this offer. it was value for money. got what I expected and more. the staff was amazing from the checkin till checkout with no expectations. they were helpful with information and direction. what I loved most is when I walked out one night in search of food, one of the staff waited out till my return. I'm impressed. thank you for your hospitality. 🙏 the place is good for single person. close to the beach and hospitals, that was my purpose. Shankara Netralaya and Apollo hospital is less then Rs 60 by auto. food street is the very next lane. good newz for the party boys, wholesale (alcohol) is their neighbour. you get all the info you need at the reception if I missed anything you prefer.

They did not provide mineral water without extra payment. Won't get towel for non AC rooms. Positive side was checkin flexibility. They allowed me to checkin at 9 am even though the same is 12 pm with the condition to checkout at next day 9 am.

receptionist refused to share wifi password, when even mobile network was weak in the hotel room. rooms were also not very clean. no blanket and towel shared. room didnt have dustbin. receptionist wasnt very helpful

it's an affordable stay in the area, allows 24 hr check in checkout (12noon to 12 noon). near to market,hospital,stadium and beach.autos and bus are available nearby. staff behaviour is good and are cordial.
