Kaya Gantavya Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights, arrived around 2pm in the afternoon, we had a warm reception in the chilly weather of Pelling. We were given a warm herbal tea and small welcome shawl. The checkin process was not hurried at all, extremely courteous reception. We stayed in premium room which had a balcony with beautiful view of the mountains and Kanchenjuga range (visible during the months of Nov and Dec) and the amenities and toiletries were of good quality. Only downside was the extra bed which had really hard mattress, found it difficult to fall sleep. We asked for a heater as it was bit cold, they provided with one too. Restaurant was good too with warm and courteous staff, with different spread both days for breakfast buffet and ala carte menu for lunch and dinner which was pretty good too. Parking is good enough for 3-4 cars but the approach to hotel from lower pelling road to turn to hotel is bit cramped for big cars. Overall great stay, would definitely come back.

We stayed here for four nights.We had a wonderful stay.The food is great.The property is well maintained and the staffs are so helpful and well mannered.They are always ready to help you.The room is clean with all facilities and from the balcony you even get the mountain view.The restaurant offers variety of delicious food.Highly recommended.

Beautiful property and a thoroughly satisfying experience. We were unfortunately able to spend only one night due to time constraints. Chyonam and team ensured we had a super stay, the entire staff was very professional and polite. They also ensured we got a wake up call as soon as Kanchenjunga was visible.

due to recent natural calamities I decide to postpone my travel and request for cancelling the booking even I requested for the credit voucher so that I can used it for later date all my other hoerels had done the same
