Not suitable for the aged and people with infirmities. Access to the rooms is through very steep metal ladder and poorly designed steps. Besides the hand railing was dirty. Overall cleanliness was poor with toilet littered with used soaps and wrappers. Washroom was smelly due probably faulty drainage system. Only unbranded soap and tiny hand wash bottle was placed in the washroom. Condition of towels was highly unsatisfactory. Quality of hangars and slippers was pathetic. Kettle was not clean and only two sachets each of milk powder, sugar and coffee was placed in the room. Even complimentary drinking water was not provided. No floor mat at either entry door or bathroom entrance. Also, yawning gap between rear door leading to terrace and the glass wall frame. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Feel aspect of being accessible only for fully fit people should be highlighted

Location and view from room is very good. room are spacious and well maintained as well. Non veg food is not available. room service also not upto the mark. free breakfast had limited choices ...

Great Place to stay from Hussle of Big Hill stations and Food was great. Would visit again for sure. People with kids might be a little concerned as has no play area.
