HOTEL KODAI PLAZA

we have booked 2 rooms, one 2 bed and one 3 bed room. But when didn't get the 3 bed room first day, they give us a 2 bed room instead of 3. We already paid the cash while booking so we have no other choice. They give us an extra bed but its too hard to sleep on the floor in that low temperature. They spoiled our first day.Next day they give us the room with 3 bed. The heater was only working in mornings only. Don't expect room service from them. They don't have a lift in the hotel. The most irritating thing is parking. They don't have a proper parking facility. Only 2 cars can park in their parking space. The road is very narrow, its too tough if u come with a sedan or SUV. They didn't provide any towels. I can't say it value for money...You will get better hotel than this if u are ready to pay some more money. I can't recommend this to my friends.

Overall its a value for money deal; i booked the room for ..., on a weekend. Room was enough for 2 people, nice view through window. parking space is very limited, can park only 4 vehicles if well adjusted. cons- hotel is located in a congested area, where the way to hotel is very narrow. you have to go all the way reverse if any vehicle comes from opposite side. this hotel is located near to another hotel, with limited parking space and if you have parked your vehicle in night and planning to checkout early morning, that would be very difficult. the other way to reach hotel is even narrow steps, which is very steep and looks like a hill. even the hotel is situated in a hilltop.

it was not upto the mark.. no room service at all( no help line phone, no support from hotel for food if you require, or coffee tea nothing can be provided even if you ready to pay) you have to take your own way by walk near by busstand to get your food n snacks. No basic things are provided since it's hotel. Need improvises on basic aspects like providing tea coffee, wifi , switch board were broken, scary to operates switches,bed was not quality , TV remote was broken (but sticky with tape)..it's just room surrounded by concrete wall with bed room and TV , bathroom only. Pls ignore if the things are renovated when my comments go on public post.

the hotel is near bus stand n shops are very near . if u r concerned of view , try booking room no.201 which has dual windows and neat view though Ther s no balcony. rimless glass windows wil entertain you. no intercom. cant expect room service. soaps, towels or water to drink wasn't supplied in their own. i didnt mind to ask. cant park more than two cars. road to hotel wil challenge your driving skill. place to stay and roam out. not ideal for writers. the hotel is fine for its rate. rooms could be made clean and blankets washed on every exit. else its fine for ppl with dust allergy.
