The room, the bathroom, and the common areas were spacious and mostly clean. The location is scenic and cozy. The view from the property is amazing and there are a couple of good restaurants very closeby. But the main problem with this property is its accessibility. There is no proper road leading to it, and the management didn't bother to communicate about such a crucial detail. On the day of our check-in, the caretaker asked us to park our car near the mosque closeby. But we were not expecting the 300 m walk and climb (hill) in the blazing afternoon that followed. I don't know how they expect their guests, especially elderly ones, to go through this surprise adventure just to reach their place. It was an even more stressful experience when we tried to bring our car up the next day for checkout through the very horrible road that ends some meters away from the property.

We booked a double delux room with sea view Below was our experience - Pleasant stay - Very good caretaker. - Hot water availble 24/7 - best of all Ocean View from the Balcony - Beach is at walkable distance -Zomato/Swiggy reaches the door step. Provided, You need to follow-up in the App and be at the balcony when the delivery guy arrives. - uber is accessible however you will need to walk some 200 mts. Caretaker arranged a auto rikshaw for us in the desired time. - Overall it was a nice stay. Value for money!! If you want to experience beach access and beautiful sunset, this is your place - Recommended for all including families as well

Most worst place it is. their have no proper road to come in homestay.15mints walk and climbing to reach this property. their given picture and actual is diferent
