My mother stayed in this hotel in Sep and it was a perfect one. The Luxury room is very spacious, has 2 fans and a dedicated balcony with a table and 2 chairs for a nice morning/evening tea. The room had a beautiful view of the Lake. The hotel staff and room service were helpful and very prompt. They even responded to our requests late at night (especially for hot water). Didn't eat anything at their restaurant but had tea in the room which was nice and came in flask. Rooms are very clean and were kept clean by the staff each day of our stay. The linens were duly replaced as well. They also had a dedicated cab which took us for sightseeing at decent cost. All in all a great and comfortable stay at Hotel Krishna. The only thing which might bother you is the 70-80 steps you take to reach the hotel from the street below.

it's amazing hotel.. family room is awesome.... family apartment is different.. I stayed in family room... decent room... with personal balcony view to Lake Naina... amazing view... comfortable stay .... near to location like Naina lake boating,, snow view point... fish feeding area in Naina lake.. mall roads.. all these locations are in walkable distance... only cons is stairs... a lot of step to climb and reach reception... but.. stairs are not steep.... it's like wide one.. so with taking breaks .. we can climb..

This krishna hotel is good with nice view. The hotel room are lake facing. You can enjoy watching boats floating in Naini Lake from your room's balcony. Service is gud. Staff is very cooperative. Bathroom is very clean. Room is spacious. There is no car parking in the hotel. There are 35-40 stairs to reach the hotel. It is on Mall road. I was with my husband n three years old son. There was sufficient space for children to enjoy.

it's wonderful place exactly it is on mall road . service is excellent , all staff behaviour is good 👌 always you will feel like that Krishna hotel is our home 🏠. please without hesitation take this hotel it's totally worth of money. if need vehicle for site seen Krishna hotel will provide with good driver with reasonable price. Hotel Krishna food I tested it was yummy 😋 Never you will get disappointed.

Hotel was good, scenic view of Naini Lake from room window, was close to main Nainital mall road. All basic amenities were provided. Room service was good. Overall safe and comfortable stay. Internet/Wifi can be improved for WFH type scenarios.

Right on Mall road with a great view of Naini jheel. Hotel staff and service is good. Not recommended for Senior Citizens as one need to climb 50+ stairs to reach to the Hotel. Overall happy with our stay at Hotel Krishna.

Nice stay, perfect view & nice location.... There are around 30 stairs till reception and then no lift in hotel, so elderly people pls take care of this in mind.
