Krishna Residency

one of the worst experiences I had.. Room was very small with outdated furniture. Bathroom toilet were neat and clean, but no provision for hot water. No backup generator facility, hence my whole night was spoilt due to power failure.Worst part was I had requested to arrange for cab to go to airport for catching mumbai flight at 8.30 am. He promised that cab will arrive at 7 sharp but till 7.15 no sign of the cab. I was under tremendous tension as my flight would get missed. On phoning , he was promising the cab will arrive in 5 mts. Finally, at 7.25 cab arrived and the reason quoted by driver was he fell asleep. This sort of casualness can cause great inconvinience to travelling public. And last of all no proper restaurant facility. one restaurant is there but everything has to be told in advance. No nearby restaurants also.

One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Except the parking nothing was decent. The room was not clean, there was no intercom, despite having restaurant they dont have anything, they bring the food from outside.

Nice hotel with very good behaviour of the staffs.Little bit away from Siliguri Junction but it is well communicated with bus,Auto etc.

Decent place with average cleanliness, but very cheap rates. The owner of the place was very courteous and helpful.
