Checked in and left within an hour of seeing the condition of the rooms and bathrooms. Do not, I repeat, ..The mattresses they provided were soiled to the point where you wouldn't want even your pets to sleep there. The lighting is depressing - a single dim light, the staff too busy (to be fair it was peak season), the sockets burnt out, and the rooms cramped. Hardly any space to move. The carpets extremely dirty too. Not at all suitable for family.

The hotel is quite good clean and beautiful it offers vegetarian food only one problem that we faced is the food is not at all tasty other than that they offered us bonfire at 1000 extra charges and we got a good deal at 2900 for 2 rooms for 4 people including breakfast,lunch and dinner. The rooms

The stay was good. The hotel was clean and cozy, Lachung is a small town so don't expect luxury over there. The hotel had a decent restaurant and service. Staff was cordial, overall value for money.

Hotel location near the main junction between Kato road & Youmthang road. The room and service are very good. The only thing I must say is that food rates are too high compared to Lachen.

Wrost experience of staying there,no charging point in rooms. Bed were no very pleasant. Dinner was good enjoyed it. Despite food everything was very unacceptable.
