Experience at the hotel was good. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. First floor rooms has shared balcony and you can easily see the lake from there. Nakki lake is just 2 mins walk from they dtay. People travling via their own vehicle may face some issue as there is no dedicated parking inside the premises but you can park it outside where they have placed camera for security. Overall it was value for money.

Its a guest house and not a hotel with only 3 rooms. Rooms are good and well furnished. Amazing location near to nakki lake and market area. Staff takes good care of comfort. Value for money. Must appreciate straight forward nature of owner of accepting their limitations. If you are looking for clean rooms with friendly services in budget this is a perfect option.

I visited Mount Abu with my family during Diwali vacation, we stayed at Lake Villa for 3 days. My stay was memorable. in spite of so much traffic outside it was very much peaceful. Rooms are well done and comfortable. Though it was very expensive but I understand as it was Diwali season the tariffs were high every where. over all great experience.

pleasant stay with plenty of space in veranda, hall and attached balcony for our toddler to play. himanshu is resourceful helpful host, anees and mahavir are great team to make you feel at home. rent a bike and enjoy a longer leisurely stay here rather than shorter stay at star hotel all comforts that we need without the tag value of hotel

Great stay experience at Lake Villa. Idel for couples looking for family kind of accommodation in budget. Rooms have all basic amminities as described over phone by owner. Staff is polite and serving. Only small point is they nither serve non veg nor allow to carry. Best part is aĺl non smoking rooms and have great view from balcony.

wonderful bungalow with clean rooms and nice location. very close to nakki lake and market area. ample parking area. staff is very cooperative. my stay was quite relaxing. food also is freshly prepared and good on taste. Good option for couples looking for peaceful stay on very economic rates.
