Le Grace Residency

Mr Joseph is the manager but does not stay at hotel , he stays in Madurai . it is worst management by him . It was horrible pathetic, I had booked family room , in the hotel there is no drinking water , no room service , t.v not working , not cleaning room for next day stay and also towels . No recetion or front desk on second day stay . Very bad experiance I had , I had kid too who had to face more problem as no servie. For any issue if you call Mr Joseph he will tell 5 min or 15 min to get the issue resolved . even after 48 hrs also he does not resolve the problem . this property is fraud . no room service no intercom . Mr Joseph will give you one person mobile number for any queries and he is Stalin he also does not stay at hotel and gives same reson like it will be resolved in 15min 30 min . no one replies or resol es drinking water issue , room cleaning issue . no water jug in room , tv never works we stayed 2 days none of the above issues were resolved . I am not sure how goibio approved this hotel .

We have booked Le grace on goidibo for a stay on 16-18th august. The price was cheap, and the place had a good rating on goidibo and Google Maps. However, after reaching there, we realized that the ratings are entirely fake. The entire reception area was leaking from the roof, and nobody was there to receive us. After some phone calls, they gave us a room underground, which has no view and kind of scary. In one room, light didn't work. All bathrooms windows were broken, so it is always chilly. Walls were damp. Window locks don't work, which was a big safety concern. The most disgusting thing of all was that in the next room, a group of young boys started drinking and making noise. I felt very unsafe and scared for my family, so we immediately left. Didn't even stay an hour in there. Later, when I complained to goidibo, they refused to return the money as well. I suggest goidibo take strong action against them and ban the property completely. It is not suitable for family.

le grace residency is, i think an old building maintained to a new version. but you can see the pictures of it, the room and bathroom are old style. but you will get a worthy stay for below 1000. i'm assured that. i'm a bachelor and i don't care about anything. we can park the car, note the huge parking area but you can park your car. the location is 2 km far away from kodaikanal lake and i think it's a good idea, because the area is silent and peaceful. you are entering the 2nd floor. which means rooms are on the ground floor. so when you come on hot days, the room is 🥵... and the mobile signal is bad in the room. you can use normal calls, but when coming to the internet usage and video calls, it's sucks.. bathrooms are old models. not very neat and clean. but ok for me. worthy stay. that's it. 💫

It is a budget friendly Room. All are nearly accessable like tea shop, hotel, medical store etc. staffs are very polite. Rooms are re-arrangable for our needs. Staffs are doing thier job happily for our needs.
