I booked the heritage room but the hotel staff were nice enough to upgrade me to deluxe suite which was way better than I expected if to be . I choose what hotels to book on sole purpose of their bathroom & I couldn't add picture but take my word for it the bathroom was pretty spacious & aesthethically pleasing . The hotel staff were extremely nice & courteous & I'm definitely booking this hotel again in next month or whenever I'm in town I was there when the farmer's protest was happening but the hotel was very safe . As a women , I can promise you you can wear whatever you want & you wont be judged or looked at . I didn't have to worry about anything .

A memorable experience... Staff got us an upgrade to a larger suite, as we had 2 kids... Softest pillows... In Room Service is prompt and food is served hot... Sumptuous Breakfast Buffet... Staff are courteous, well mannered and definitely a great asset for the Maidens Hotel. My compliments to each and everyone.... Swimming Pool !!! Bathtub!!! Peace of Mind in the hustle and bustle of Delhi... Lots of Love and best wishes to the Maidens...

Maidens gives amazing heritage experience. I have been more than 20 countries, never been in to heritage hotel this is my first experience. Every staffs are nice and friendly. it’s good too. Rooms are very neat and clean also bigger. Every staffs doing their work very well. Food also very good. Highly recommend to people who want British home experience and amazing stay in Delhi with peaceful environment. Privacy

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a beautiful cake in the room. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.😊

One of the best hotel experiences. My parents went for their silver jubilee. The hotel staff gave them a gift and a complementary cake. Huge spacious rooms. Wonderful carpet flooring. Dancing Peacocks near swimming pool area. Food a little expensive. For a middle income group, do try for a special occasions. For higher income group, keep going repeatedly. :D

This property is very heritage and old . But it still so well maintained ..we had a wonderful stay here also the breakfast buffet was so good in terms of taste and variety both . It has a pool which is also very neat and clean. Staff there is also very soft spoken and professional . I would love to revisit for a staycation .

It was wonderful place to visit in Delhi and getting the feal of resort within the city. Service of staff was very good. Full marks for taking personal care of guest during breakfast. Since it's one of oldest hotel of city so one museum on history of this place can surely help to improve the business of hotel.

The place to stay when you are visiting Delhi. A beautifully kept and maintained heritage building. Fabulous hospitality. Courteous staff. Biryani to die for. Breakfast spread that's extensive. And an awesome pool that we unfortunately never got time to dip into!
