Worst old construction, old interior, absent furniture, Rude Lady Manager, I was asked to pay money while I was eating food and had not finished yet, and also they told that they will not serve more chapatis as their time limit is crossed while some other man just came and had meal with his family. Waiter was dumb and lady manager was arrogant and shameless person. Lack of hospitality and politeness. Started arguing in every matter, like drinking water also..

I visited Hotel Mala's on April 22 2019. I closed on staying at this property from all the previous reviews read online. I have covered the entire view of this place during day/night for a clearer view of the property. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay at Hotel Mala's. A perfect get-away for Family and Friends. No it was a bad time with this Malas hotel during the of checkin we got upset with the reception person *** he spoilt our stay with his very bad behavior talking to ladies and room was also very bad with blood stain on the bed.

yup .. This is a feedback for the hotel management and staff. Rooms are not well maintained.Certain ameneties like hot and cold water shower is not working properly. The distance between the water tap and the bathroom floor should be reduced to maintain namaz hygiene. Need an indian style bathroom and namaz amenities in the flat and a spacious namaz room in the vicinity. Garden and surroundings are well maintained. Service is good. Very nice ambience. Almost all facilities of traveller photos can be seen. Location wise good. The main road is 5 min away so as road to table land. Ideal for smaller groups as well as you can find places for badminton, carrom and football.

from the *welcome to good-bye* if i have to write a single word for the whole experience,it would be *marvellous*. the rooms were spacious, the staff were polite , humble and ready to serve you. they have a 24*7 cafe plus game zone which makes it even more appealing to stay here. must visit, very close to market

Initially booked for 1 day which was extended by a day due to nice services. It was a comfortable stay. The food was also good with a nice Chef. The receptionists were also quite helpful and flexible. The Chef and the Reception were very keen to have recommendations for further improvements.

Its a very good hotel to relax and njoy togetherness with family. Service is warm. 24hr cafe is just too amazing. Its ok if you did forget to carry games as they will provide you with them. Food is very very delicious. Service for food is little slow so do not rush.
