Positive side : 1. Room was big 2. Room was clean Negative side : 1. In the description we booked balcony with valley view , but there was not a single valley view from balcony ( only building view was there) , wasted extra money for valley view balcony room. 2. The hotel is very near by main road , but to walk till hotel , there was lot of water and mud on the road (no cement or tar road is there) 3. Room rent was inbetween 1100-1300 and they ask heater charges 500₹ (approx 40% of the rent) 4. In the cold region if hotels are not having ac then they must install some heater facility (100-200₹ will be acceptable as charges of heater) 5. No gyser facility available , they just told to waste few water and then hot water will come . But the suggestion was not worthy. We have to deal with too much child water in very low temprature 6. There was no lift (escalator facility) 7. No chargable / free taxi or auto facility available to pickup and drop

The most pathetic hotel I have ever seen with poor services. They are misleading the customers with the beautiful images. Waste of money.
