Hotel Manager Mr Srinivasa is very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. My room and the dining area has a good beach view. The food prepared by the hotel restaurant was very delicious and made to our request as we were taking veg food without onion and garlic. Mr Srinivasa has personally ensured that it is prepared well and as per our need. He is humble enough to deliver it at our room. Thank you Mr Srinivasa for making our stay experience very pleasant. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel

The property is located in a very good location near Hawa beach in Kovalam. The room we have had a beach view as well. The beach close to hotel is very scenic. The staff behaved very respectfully and are cooperative as well. But the swimming pool is very small and I didn't like the smell of water inside the pool when I started swimming. The AC remote also didn't work in my room which the staff tried to fix but couldn't. So the AC was fixed at 23 degrees temperature

Good hotel, near to kovalam beach and light house. Hotel staff is very helpful specially sir at the reception. Helped in all things. For example, I asked for dinner without spices although his shef forgot and added the spices. But when we informed him the food still have spices then he asked his shef to prepare the food again for us. I have booked hotel room without AC and on the such price point the hotel is not at all bad.

It was a wonderful experience. Though, I was a bit deterred in the beginning by some negative reviews of the hotel, I booked it eventually. The room was cosy, balcony had sea view and pool was nice. They even allowed me an early check in at 10:30 AM, and provided early morning airport transfer the next day at very reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more.

I stayed in this hotel with family for one day only 17/12/18 to 18/12/18. Location of hotel is very good just 2 minutes walk to the beach. It was a very nice stay. They provided every thing which I requested like towel, bed sheet etc. Room was clean and staff behaviour was very humble and helpful. The food was also good at reasonable price.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel was very good its washroom, corridor, reception every thing was perfect.I do not have food there because the restaurant was veg and non veg both and we are purely vegetarian, we will manage from outside Hotel location was good, easily accessible 200 meter from the railway junction. Very neat and clean hotel.

hotel is located just 50 Mtrs away from beach. Food is awesome,rooms are very hygienic, staff are very coperative and soft spoken. all in all very very nice hotel.
