Mars Resort

My experience with this hotel is fine, I wouldn't say it was very good, the rooms are good, spacious and clean, the location is good, it feels good.But the hotel staff and hospitality are good for you only if you are in a group or going to a wedding or a party, if you go individually then they will not even touch your bag No matter how much stuff you have, you have to get it out of your car yourself and take it to your room, the service is also very slow, if you ask for water, it will not come even after saying in 2 minutes "ll have to remind you again,There is one tea for 235 rupees which comes with 2 biscuits and the taste of the tea is not at all worth its price,So I believe that whenever you go here, even if you go in a group, they will welcome you very nicely, you will get a tilak on your forehead, welcome drink, everything, but if you want to go alone then You will have to look at the hotel and the room and ignore everything else, there are many food outlets in their compound like McDonald, Haldiram, KFC etc, you can go there Their food is expensive but it has no taste at all, happy stay 😊

I stayed in this hotel yesterday, the room which I have booked today, I had booked the same room yesterday as well, the room which was given yesterday and the room which is given today,There is a lot of difference between the two, the room given today is a very small room, when I asked at the reception, the receptionist replied that its bathroom is big, I asked what to do with the bathroom, she said there is no other room.One of their staff told me that this room is small because it is a suite and it has one room, hence it is small. I was charged more for this room than yesterday and very small room. And today I booked a room with breakfast so they had to serve me a welcome drink which they did not give. When I called and asked, the receptionist replied that it may not be available so you will not give it.What kind of answer was this, you have mentioned what you will provide, so you should keep all that available, The staff is not good here, welcome drink was not provided even after I reminded them...

Worst service the hotel staff entered in your room suddenly with their master key without any pre conformation and there GM Mr Ajeet dnt know how to talk with customers they all are untrained only front desk staff is gud otherwise all are worthless i recomend ceo ya md will look into this matter . Dont opt this hotel otherwise u have to suffer

I was going to Rrishikesh. But i had to stay 1 night in meerut. I discover this hotel on highway. It was beautiful hotel. Staff was very cooperative and helpfull specially Aditya. Hotel ambiance was nice. Food was lovely. Overall i recommend this hotel to my friends and family. i will definitely stay in my return journey. .
