Hotel Marza inn

We stayed in Marza Inn, Kapletta for 2 nights. It is a newly built hotel in the city. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is decent. There are few noticeable negative points which can make the stay uncomfortable. The hotel doesn't have lift service so if the staff is not available, you will have to carry your luggage to designated floors. We heard many people complaining that TV in the room not working(including ours). The beds in the room still have plastic covers on them from packaging. This makes a huge noise even if you shift a bit on the bed and your whole night's sleep is ruined. We slept one night with the cover on but asked the hotel staff to remove it the next day so that we can sleep peacefully and have enough energy to drive full day to which they straight away denied saying the bed costs and cant risk to spoil it. I have never seen any hotel keeping the plastic cover on the beds! They have a very small closed room for games like carrom and chess and even there they didn't replace the missed items. We paid for 2 nights and it was not worth it at all considering we couldn't even sleep peacefully.

Chose this hotel especially for the pool for the kids to jump in.The man at reception told pool was closed for cleaning the night at 7pm we arrived should be running the next day at 9 am. Morning when we called he again confirmed will be ready. Pathetic condition. Full of cigarette smell all around the hotel even inside the room. cleanliness is good. The linens had hair inside. Never recommend.

Stayed in non ac single room for a day. Didn't know it had Indian toilet. That should be communicated beforehand while booking I found Wayanad not that solo friendly as all sightseeing places require you to go in different directions and require you pay good amount if money to autos or cabs if you are alone.

room is not at all spacious as I have booked it for 3 person. good experience of mosquito bite whole night 😄.we kept the window opened as the fan was not working properly. not even comparable with the picture shows.
