positives - good location on the main road. relatively new hotel so less wear and tear. spacious both inside and outside the room including decent distance between opposite rooms. no cockroaches, no bedbugs, clean beds, clean sheets. toilets are not super clean but clean enough without any stains or dirt residue. good branded toiletries provided like a decent bar soap, brushing kit(though tongue scraper is missing), body wash, shampoo and conditioner tubes. 2 or 3 sets of different sizes of good quality and clean towels provided. ample storage including hangers provided. air conditioning, hot water and exhaust works fine. breakfast provided is sourced from an outside restaurant and is decent enough though not exceptional in terms of quality and quantity. water bottle is provided on arrival as complimentary. was asked if tea or coffee is required upon arrival which is a nice gesture. overall a decent experience. negatives - upon arrival was asked to sign a blank form and a blank register which is not very comfortable for a guest unless at least the basic details like name etc are prefilled Or we should be allowed to fill the details. please dont expect the normal standards, etiquettes etc that we expect in a decent hotel like a basic thank you, please, a warm smile, phone etiquette etc. upon arrival was made to wait in the lobby for atleast 15 minutes with my parents aged both 75 plus. the receptionist himself had to run around and get the room and the necessities ready which gives an idea that they are understaffed or poorly organised. further, though I always prefer carrying my own luggage etc considering that I had quite a few bags to carry, atleast a small trolley would have helped or could have taken a paid helping hand on additional charges which was not offered. The rooms work on magnetic cards which is a good option but are tuned in a way that if I forget to take the card out from the room card slot while stepping out then I will be locked out. normally the other option where the room doesn't get locked until I take the card out from its slot is a better and safer option I feel. the windows have no mosquito nets which is a huge negative because the place was filled with mosquitoes with me hardly opening the windows for a few minutes and also the mosquitoes come through the exhaust opening forcing us to run the exhaust always. I literally ended up killing more than 20 plus mosquitoes which I am sure the hotel staff too would have noticed with mosquito blood stains all over the sheets. the bathroom doesn't have hooks to hang your clothes. it only has a shelf to keep the towels. open tea bags are useless. tea bags in sealed pouches would have helped. some food items(not all) during breakfast are handled using bare hands instead of a spoon etc. very difficult to identify the location. both max clothing store and the hotel are on the same building. no decent sized signboard for the hotel. made we wonder if I typed max cloth store instead of max hotel on the map. only upon reaching very near the building i could see the max developer name on the small barricades kept near the entrance. the parking place is a mess with no order or markings. vehicles are parked haphazardly. also the pathway from the parking to the basement elevator is filled with plastic and other waste mostly I think is from the max store packing waste. have to be extra careful especially with elders to ensure we don't trip on them and fall. there was power failure in the evening, there was no backup power or generator. after waiting a while we had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor with my 75 plus aged parents. Anyways, the staff (just saw 2 or 3 staff I saw) were quite helpful and good. the overall experience was decent enough and not bad though there was nothing extraordinary to make you feel wow.

the stay was good and and location is very much accessible to all temples and hotels....car parking space is also good. but they have mentioned complimentary breakfast is available but actually they don't have any in house restaurant or anything so there is no complimentary breakfast was served. they would have mentioned as "no breakfast"..other than this everything went well.

Good hotel, nice stay. Limited breakfast option as same being arranged through outside eatery. The only concern had was the GST invoice, hotel management were reluctant to provide GST invoice for stay, even post submitting the requisite details during booking itself and vague excuses were being given with regard to their arrangements. Else stay was comfortable.

Room is very clean and it attracts everyone in the first visit itself.The property location is too good and located in the center of the city .All the major tourist places are within few kms .Staffs are also very kind to solve the queries.car parking is also very nice.I would recommend this for a safer and comfortable stay
